TDP RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR FELLOWS AND ASSOCIATES

TDP resources include a rich lending library of over 900 books on school reform, culturally responsive curriculum, education philosophy, critical pedagogy, education research, social policy, testing, community organizing, and special education.  We also have both current and back copies of Rethinking Schools, YES!, and Teachers’ College Record.  Our library rivals any collection of books on education and community organizing in Baltimore!

TDP has sets of video equipment for classroom video projects.  These sets include iPads, microphones, and stands that allow a teacher to work with students on a project.  The sets are available to anyone who has participated in our 2-day video workshop on student/teacher video advocacy.  The next workshop is coming up this summer.  More details to follow.

TDP also offers space to teachers and parents who need a cosy, comfortable place to have a meeting.  Our kitchen space is great for making dinner and snacks or just coffee and tea.  Our outdoor space is a great location for an organizing party.  The space is available to fellows and associates.  Just contact us in advance to check for availability.
